Many of us spend every waking hour either re-living a past wound or fearful about the future. The object of meditation is to focus your attention in the present moment and quiet the mind’s chatter. When you learn to focus on the present moment, your fears, suffering, and insecurities are transformed.

These unique and richly beneficial hypnotic meditations are led by Scott Duvall, a certified consulting hypnotist, Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner, and widely recognized meditation instructor. Scott combines his extensive experience in Buddhism, Taoism, Martial Arts, Music, Energy Psychology, Reiki, and hypnotic and NLP language patterns to expedite the benefits of traditional meditation practices.

Guided meditation sessions are offered every other Sunday from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at 2025 SE 50th Ave, Portland, OR 97215.
