Hypnosis Single Session
Many are becoming aware that hypnosis is used to help people with everyday challenges like to stop smoking, to reduce weight, to build self-confidence, to improve business or sports performance, as well as to relax and reduce stress. I also consult with Doctors, Psychiatrists, and Counselors and together we assist our clients to overcome more complex issues like chronic pain, allergies, phobias, anxiety, cancer and the side effects of its treatment, just to mention a few.
Together we will integrate the transformational properties of hypnosis, NLP and Meditation with the science of concentrated thought, because science has proven that what we think (believe) becomes our reality. Hypnosis gives us direct access to the subconscious mind which is more receptive to suggestions than the critical and judgmental conscious mind; this helps us in changing our inner beliefs, thoughts, and habits empowering us to achieve our goals in life.
Your single session will include and overview, and consultation about hypnosis and how it will apply to you achieving your goals and desires. Formulation of your desired positive outcome, and one hypnosis session, to train your subconscious mind in a way that will aid you in achieving your outcome in a confident, enjoyable, and safe way. Your session also includes a MP3 recording of your session to practice with at home.
Your first visit can easily be two hours in length, dress in comfortable closes and eat a little beforehand.
